These general terms and conditions apply to orders placed via the online shop Ciao Ciao Bella at www.ciaociaobella.ch.

2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed by customers via the Ciao Ciao Bella online shop.
By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms in force at the time of ordering.
3. Offer and product presentation
We do our best to present and describe all products as accurately and realistically as possible.
Because screens display things differently, colours in particular may differ slightly from the actual product.
Handmade, hand-painted or individually made products may show small variations in colour, shape, surface or pattern. Such variations can be part of the product's individual character and do not automatically constitute a defect.
4. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
Once the order has been received, an order confirmation is sent automatically to the email address provided.
Ciao Ciao Bella reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, in particular if a product is unavailable, in the event of obvious pricing errors or a justified suspicion of improper ordering.
Payments already made for products that cannot be delivered or have been cancelled will be refunded.
5. Prices
All prices in the online shop are in Swiss francs (CHF).
Ciao Ciao Bella is currently not subject to VAT. The prices shown therefore do not include Swiss VAT.
Any shipping costs are shown transparently before the order is completed.
The price displayed at the time of ordering applies.
6. Payment methods
The payment methods available at checkout may include in particular:

The payment methods actually offered at checkout apply.
Payments are processed by the payment service providers used, under their terms.
7. Shipping and delivery
Ciao Ciao Bella delivers within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Orders are generally shipped with Swiss Post.
The applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed.
Shipping is free for orders of CHF 90.– or more.

Delivery times are generally guide values unless a binding delivery date has been expressly guaranteed.
If an ordered product unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will inform the customer as quickly as possible. Payments already made for products that cannot be delivered will be refunded.
8. Checking the delivery and defects
We ask customers to check their delivery on receipt.
Transport damage, incorrect deliveries or visible defects should be reported as soon as possible, stating the order number, to hello@ciaociaobella.ch.
Photos of the affected product and, where applicable, of the packaging help us deal with it quickly.
Statutory rights in respect of defects remain reserved.
9. Voluntary right of return
Ciao Ciao Bella voluntarily grants customers a 14-day right of return from receipt of the order.
Details and exclusions are set out in our "Returns" policy.
The cost of a voluntary return is borne by the customer.
Statutory rights for faulty or wrongly delivered products remain unaffected.
10. Retention of title
Goods delivered remain the property of Ciao Ciao Bella until paid for in full, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Vouchers and discount codes
Vouchers and discount codes can be redeemed within the stated validity period and under the stated conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.
Vouchers or discount credit cannot be paid out in cash, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Liability
Ciao Ciao Bella is liable within the scope of mandatory statutory provisions.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence and for indirect and consequential damage is excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for delays or disruptions beyond the control of Ciao Ciao Bella.
13. Data protection
Information on how personal data is processed can be found in our privacy policy.
14. Changes to these terms
Ciao Ciao Bella may change these terms at any time.
An order is generally governed by the version published at the time the contract was concluded.
15. Applicable law
Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory statutory provisions.
Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction, in particular for consumers, remain reserved.
