Shipping policy

Your new favourite things should of course reach you safely. I ship your order with Swiss Post. As my shop is still growing, I deliver within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein. If you don't live in Switzerland and are heartbroken about it, write to me at hello@ciaociaobella.ch. I'll see what I can do.

Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein

You'll see the shipping method and the shipping costs for your order at checkout before you complete it.

Free shipping

Shipping is on me for orders of CHF 90.– or more.

Delivery time

Products in stock are usually prepared for shipping within 1–2 working days of receiving your order or payment.

The delivery time after that depends on Swiss Post.

I generally don't ship on weekends or public holidays.

When there are exceptionally many orders, processing may occasionally take a little longer.

Tracking

If the shipping method you chose includes tracking, you'll receive the details once your order has been sent.

Several products

I try to send your order in one go.

If I need to split a delivery, it won't cost you any extra shipping.

Packaging

I pack your order carefully so that your new favourite things arrive safely.

Where sensible and perfectly hygienic, I may reuse suitable shipping or filling material or use resource-friendly packaging.

Because lots of things can be colourful – unnecessary packaging waste doesn't have to be.

Wrong delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, write to me as soon as possible at:

If your order is already on its way, unfortunately I can't guarantee a change of delivery address.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect delivery address or by a parcel that isn't collected or can't be delivered may be charged to the customer, to the extent permitted by law.
